How is my parcel shipped?
After the parcel has been sent, you will receive a tracking code by e-mail so you’re able to track your parcel online.
How long will it take before my order is shipped?
As soon as you placed your order and the payment has been received, your order will be specially made for you as we work with an ‘On Demand’ process. We have no stock and therefore this process normally takes 72 hours before we send out.
It may happen that items (caps / Flags/ etc.) are out of stock and have to be re-ordered. In that case, the shipment may take a little bit longer.
Average shipping times:
The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: 3 – 5 working days.
Worldwide shipping: 5 – 8 working days.
